This application is for vendors who will be selling products, including pre-packaged foods. All vendors selling products will be located on Busy Bee Island only. There are separate applications for promo and food vendors. There is also a separate application for sponsorships and activations. Please see the website for those forms.

We reserve the right to refuse any vendor. YOU WILL BE SITUATED ON THE ISLAND ONLY. The dates are June 7th and June 8th.
Vendors' cancellations up to May 1st, 2025, will have full fees refunded after May 1st, and 50% of funds will be refunded. We do not offer exclusivity but strive not to duplicate a product exactly. You must supply your own tent/canopy, weights, fire extinguisher, extension cord, quiet generator, table, chairs, and other equipment. All tents/canopies must be safely secured with surface weights only. No power or water is available. Your space will be 10' x 10'. A second space can be purchased.
Vendors must be open and fully staffed for the duration of the festival. Island festival hours. No Island Friday night. Saturday 10:00 am to 7:30 pm; Sunday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Vendors are expected to attend both days of the festival. Four passes per day will be provided to each vendor. Festival hours are Friday night, 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am to 11:00 pm; and Sunday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. No vendor vehicles are permitted on the grounds beyond the given times. All vendors MUST arrive to load on Saturday morning between 7:00 am and 9:00 am sharp. Island vendors will approach from the long laneway/driveway on Bristol Rd. Volunteer teams will be available to assist with directions. Island vendors will only be directed to park one car in a designated area. There are no in-and-out privileges. No vehicles are to be parked at your site. Once island vendors are parked on the island, they must stay until exiting hours each day. Island vendors will be directed to exit on Saturday night by a volunteer team/security no earlier than 8:00 pm. All vendors will be informed and directed to exit on Sunday at 7:00 pm.
Please understand that this selection process takes time. Acceptance/response may take up to one month.
The applicant acknowledges that vendor placement is solely at the organizers' discretion. Returning vendors understand that you will NOT be guaranteed your exact spot.
